During my recent stay at Ten To Sen Guesthouse, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable interior. The hostel offered everything I needed, with a well-equipped kitchen and helpful staff always available to assist. The location, although a bit tricky to find at first, added a sense of adventure to my stay. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I genuinely enjoyed my time at the guesthouse and would recommend it to others. I had a positive experience at Ten To Sen Guesthouse and would consider staying there again in the future.

I chose this guesthouse for my attendance at a vendor expo and it provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, allowing me to easily access the expo venue and other attractions in Takamatsu.
The only service that I missed for my work at the expo was a designated workspace or business center. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated area where I could set up my laptop and work on my presentations and emails without disturbance.

This hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, can recommend. Everything was brand-new, magnificent location easy to get from the airport, the staff were gentle! Location: the venue was so close to a place where traditional buildings from around Shikoku have been gathered, shops and restaurants and the main shopping street. I had some drinks at Music Inn Grandfather's, positioned 500 feet away.

The owner is mind-blowingly friendly and helpful, speaking awesome English and giving jaw-dropping recommendations for exploring. The hostel has an unbelievably cozy and beautiful ambiance, with super comfy beds, a free kitchen with water and tea, and a stunning common area. Located in a bustling shopping street, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Plus, they provide free towels, lots of sightseeing info, and even offer free umbrella rentals. Absolutely excellent!

We had a wonderful stay and can recommend it to anyone. The hotel was located not far from the main shopping area with lots of eateries nearby, also close to train station and bus stop, and excellent restaurants. The location next to the main shopping street was exceptionally nice and excellent. The staff and the owner were all very very helpful.

The esthetic and decorations were pleasing and added a unique touch to the place. The facilities and amenities provided were top-notch and made our stay comfortable. The location was also excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and the train station just a short walk away.
It felt like our presence inconvenienced her, as she prioritized cleaning and adhering to the rules and schedules over making us feel welcome. She didn't offer any assistance with carrying our suitcases, and the strict cleaning schedule meant that we were unable to use the common areas and showers for a large part of the day.

The guesthouse is well located, with many shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a small Japanese restaurant next to the guesthouse, making it convenient for meals. the guesthouse is just next to the shopping street, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment opportunities.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff's friendliness and hospitality could be improved. They felt that the owner's focus on cleanliness and adhering to rules sometimes overshadowed the experience.

I recently stayed at Ten to Sen Guesthouse for a few nights during a trip to explore a new town. The owner and staff members were incredibly friendly and provided great advice on places to visit and eat. The hostel is conveniently located with many good restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and the rooms were quiet at night. The hostel lounge was lovely with a wide selection of books to inspire further exploration of the region and art-related topics. a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at a guesthouse in Takamatsu. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options. I especially enjoyed the nice terrace for relaxing. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and well-located stay.
It was a bit disappointing that there wasn't much interaction with other travelers, as I didn't get to experience the usual hostel vibe. Additionally, the instructions and rules around the guesthouse made me feel a little restricted, like being treated as a child.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
